How Burberry deals with your 'Brrrrrr'

If you have not yet, I strongly recomend looking at the Burberry a/w collection for 2012.

The collection is fresh, smart and just elegant as ever. They have used a lot of autumnal colours fir the season as well as putting a twist on their classic macs. Here are some of my favourite outfits.

Image 1 This drapped coat is so flattering and is definatly going to be seen around this winter! The bow belt sintching in at the waist creates this waterfall effect from the belt downwards. The bottom of the coat spills out at the bottom by the layered skirts underneath giving the model a 'cute' look. Simple, sexy, elegant. Anyone want to buy this for me?

Checked Blanket Coat £2995
Roushed Silk Bow Belt £275
The Orchard in Suede Stripes £1,295
The Feild Boot £650

Image 2 I see a trend forming here. It seems that knee skirts are coming back- lead by Burberry. As I said, very autumnal colours in the skirt, mixed with a classic white shirt. Both the skirt and the shirt and loose which could cause some issues, but with the silk bow belt the waist line is still defined and kept feminine.
Bird Detail Silk Faille Shirt £550
Roushed Silk Bow Belt £275
Striped Cotton and Silk Skirt £750
The Orchard in Suede Nubuck Leather £1,295
Shearling Lined Platform Ankle Boots BLACK £650

Now, look at those pockets. The 'big puffed' pocket detail appears on a lot of Burberry's coats and jackets for a/w 2012. To be honest, I'm not sure what I think about them yet. I feel they are a little too out there for Burberry as what I have always loved about Burberry is it's classiness and simplicity.
